New fitblr here, with a question!
I was using myfitnesspal until recently. I found a couple of resources through tumblr that say I should eat WAY more calories than MFP was telling me to.
I want to lose weight the right way. I don’t want to deprive myself, I want to eat good quality food and ENOUGH food to keep me healthy.
Anyone have an idea or a website they trust above all that has helped them with calorie goals?
